Overview
Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, or if a learner has started a course already, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Partial refunds or exchanges may be offered in specific circumstances involving group purchases. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
To request for a refund, please email coaching@worlddodgeballfederation.com. Once your refund request is received, we will look at the course status of the learners involved in the refund request. We can provide a full refund minus transaction fees for requests which have been submitted within 14 days of purchase and where the learner has not yet started the associated course. If a learner has started the course, then no refund can be offered for that particular course purchase. Any updates on the status of your refund will be communicated via email.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company/bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted with regards to international payments. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund within 14 working days of receiving notification your refund is being processed, please contact us at coaching@worlddodgeballfederation.com.
Sale items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We can offer free transfers from one learner to another if you request this within the 14 days of purchase and the original learner has not yet started the course.
